Zoo Boo! The boys enjoyed trick-or-treating at the zoo. We went through a hay maze, checked the animals out at night, and of course ate candy!!!

Collin dressed up as his favorite Pokemon character Pikachu.

Kade was a cute little lion. In this picture he is practicing his roarrrrrr!!

Getting ready to leave for Zoo Boo.

Fall Walk. James, April and I braved the woods to walk up the bluff and check out my parents land markers. They have 22 acres and the climb up the bluff was fun. The views were awesome with all of the fall colors!

We made dinner on the fire. The boys loved the s'mores!!!

Fun in the dirt at Papa and Nana's house. Collin and Kade played outside for about 6 hours straight. They dug in the dirt, went in the wheelbarrow, explored in the woods, made a huge leaf pile, went on 4-wheel rides, and relaxed in the hammock. They sure slept well at night!

Our finished friends : pumpkin cat and pumpkin silly face. They make a nice addition to our front porch with the pumpkin Papa grew and the corn Collin collected on his field trip.

Friday night we had a carving pumpkin party. Kade didn't know what to think about the whole thing at first. We put him in his booster chair gave him a spoon and showed him how to scoop out the guts. He was kind of whinning about the whole thing because I think he thought he would need to eat it since he was in his normal eating spot with a spoon! After he realized he didn't need to eat the guts he had fun playing and scopping. Collin dug right in and decided he wanted a cat for his pumpkin. We roasted the pumkin seeds and made pumpkin sugar cookies.

Collin's school field trip to the pumpkin patch. The classes had the chance to ride on a hayride to a big field and each student got to pick one mini-pumpkin, two gourds, two ears of corn, and one big pumpkin. It was kind of cold and icky weather but all the kids still had a blast!
