It has become tradition that we all make Christmas cookies each year. It is a ton of fun and a big mess but we wouldn't have it any other way. Next year Kade should be able to join the mess (I mean fun!).

Kade is a little ladies man already! look at how happy he is with a double kiss from Mom and Aunt April.

Collin has a great imagination. Here he is having a Blanket Party. He found every blanket in the house and threw them in the pack and play.

Uh-Oh Kade has figured out how to climb the stairs. He can get up the first couple. He is easily distracted though when he sees mom with the camera and thinks it is a fun new toy.

Well we knew it would happen after Kade started crawling but didn't think it would be this soon. Kade has started pulling himself up! He loves to try and get the buttons on the TV and when James went to get him up this morning he was standing in the crib. We are making predictions that he may be walking by Christmas!

Kade's new favorite game is to crawl over and attack his big brother. They both love the new independence Kade has found from crawling!

Happy Halloween from Collin the construction boss and Kade the duck. Collin and Mom went trick-or-treating while Kade and Dad stayed home to hand out candy.

Sunday night we went on a small spooky trick-or-treat hike.

Here is Kade at the water table made just for little ones his size. He loved splish splashing away!

On the right Collin is shopping at a Kwik Trip made kid sized. One the left was Collin's favorite room. A room all about motion. He would put balls in different baskets and air would push the ball in tubes. He tried each basket about 10 times each so he could watch where the ball would end up.

The Place for Kids

We took Collin and Kade to the new and improved children's museum. They have a two story tree to climb in. Here is Collin at the top.

Kade is almost six months old he is sitting up and his first tooth is about to break. Next step crawling!!!

Weekend in Door County

The Stigen girls headed up north to Door County to celebrate Grandma's birthday. We had a wonderful time in a cute little cabin on the lake. We spent the weekend playing games, sight seeing, shopping, and talking about old memories while making new ones.

Here is Kade outside in his megasaucer. He just finished doing his favorite thing...eating and his favorite place to be is outside so he is a very happy camper!!!
